Dispute Form

If you would like to dispute a transaction(s), you'll need to contact us within 60 days of the purchase date.

To dispute a transaction(s) please fill in the Dispute Form, scan it, and email it to support@bonfire.co.nz.

A $15 charge will be applied to your card and refunded if your dispute is approved.
